June 17, 2017 – Garud Technology Services, Inc. (GTS) was recently awarded the 8(a) Streamlined Technology Application Resource for Services (STARS) II Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) – 8(a) STARS II. STARS II is a multi-award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that support information technology (IT) services and IT service based solutions.
GTS was awarded Constellation I, Functional Areas (FA) 2 and 3. FA2 Industry Partners engage in planning and designing of computer systems that integrate computer hardware, software, and communication technologies. The hardware and software components of the system may be provided by the industry partners as part of integrated services, or may be provided by third parties. These industry partners often install the system and train and support system users. FA3 Industry Partners provide onsite management and operation of clients’ computer systems and/or data processing facilities, that include providing computer systems or data processing support services.
