August 31, 2016 – Garud Technology Services, Inc. (Garud) today announced the acquisition of Crucible Criminal Justice Programs (CJP) LLC a Virginia-based provider of security solutions and specialized training to U.S. Government, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and multinational corporations.
In the recent past, Crucible provided its specialized expertise to the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), through its Criminal Justice Program Support (CJPS) contract. This acquisition enhances Garud’s offerings in terms of breadth of technical services in both classified and unclassified operating environments. Garud remains focused on serving their U.S. Government customers and industry partners to support national security and law enforcement missions.
Crucible CJP will be operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Garud, managed separately and excluded from the parent company. Crucible CJP will serve U.S. Government customers with a security cleared workforce, delivering a wide range of professional services for national security and law enforcement mission support. Garud’s Director of Business Operations, Robert Aguilera, will assume the responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Crucible CJP.
