Our depth of experience is augmented by quality processes based on industry standards and processes, and ratings including Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Development and Services and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The Project Management Plans we develop for every client build in GTS processes for quality service and product delivery and include a dedicated quality management section to define our approach and methodology tailored for that specific client.
GTS is comprised of people dedicated to delivering quality technical services and products. Each GTS employee takes on an individual responsibility for quality. As a foundation of our corporate quality structure, continuous process improvement drives each employee to seek new ways of enhancing on-the-job performance and delivery of our services.

We consistently receive outstanding ratings from our customers through the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) for our performance on projects, demonstrating how our commitment to quality means greater success for our clients.
